GEORGIA'S CHEESE BALL RECIPE image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 - 8oz pks cream cheese
1 - jar Old English cheese spread - softened
1 - jar Pimento cheese spread - softened
1/4 cup minced onion - finely chopped
1/4 cup chopped cives
Halve recipe for smaller cheese ball

Steps:

  • Mix all above ingredients together and form into a ball. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Roll in chopped pecans. To freeze, wrap in wax paper and a zip-lock bag.
