Garlic-Thyme Slow-Cooker Chicken Breasts image

3 skinless bone-in chicken breasts (2-1/4 lb.), each cut crosswise in half
6 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/3 cup KRAFT Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1 tsp. orange zest
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen green beans
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
2 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

Steps:

  • Place chicken in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with garlic and thyme. Mix dressing and orange zest until blended; pour over chicken. Cover with lid.
  • Cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 3-1/2 hours).
  • Stir in beans; cook, covered, on HIGH 15 to 25 min. or until heated through. Meanwhile, cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Spoon rice onto platter. Use slotted spoon to transfer chicken and beans to prepared platter; top with tomatoes and cheese. Discard liquid from slow cooker.
