Steps:
- In a large pan boil sweet potatoes until tender, drain.
- Meanwhile in the same pan add butter and saute garlic until lightly browned.
- Return potatoes to pan and mash until smooth and creamy.
- Add pepper (and salt if you want) and serve immediately.
