GARLIC MINI POTATOES image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 1/2 pounds mini Yukon gold potatoes, quartered
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Place potatoes in an 8X8 baking dish. 3. Combine butter, garlic, salt and lemon juice in all a small bowl. 4. Pour over potatoes and stir. 5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. 4. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
