Steps:
- 1. Get a pan hot and add the oil. Season the scallops with salt and sear in the pan for 1 minute each side. Add the garlic and toss the pan around a bit.
- 2. Add the butter one slice at a time. Toss and coat the scallps until all butter is melted. Turn off the heat and add the parsley and lemon juice.
- 3. Remove the scallops with a slotted spoon and serve on a bed of micro greens and top with some of the butter sauce
