Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta image

How to make Garlic Butter Chicken Pasta

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup penne pasta
Extra Virgin Olive oil, for pan
1 boneless and skinless chicken breast, flattened
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain, place back in pot and set aside.
  • In a medium skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken breast over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reads 165°F.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and slice.
  • Next, in the pasta pot, add butter, paprika, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
  • Add sliced chicken and toss well.
  • Serve and Enjoy!
