GANSON'S HOLIDAY CIDER image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c granulated white sugar
3 sticks of cinnamon
1 tsp whole cloves
1 tsp whole allspice
2 c orange juice
4 c cranberry juice
8 c apple cider

Steps:

  • Place cider, cranberry juice and orange juice in bottom of coffee percolator. Place spices and sugar in percolator basker and perk until light turns off. Serve hot. A large stockpot may be used in place of coffee percolator. Place spices in cheesecloth and cook for 45 minutes.
