Fudge Cake Pops image

Number Of Ingredients 7

187 grams Semi-sweet chocolate chips
180 grams Butter
225 grams Sugar
30 grams Cocoa
3 Eggs
135 grams Flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease pan; set aside.
  • Melt chocolate chips and butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and pour into medium bowl.
  • Add sugar and cocoa. Mix until blended.
  • Add eggs one at a time. Mix well after adding each egg.
  • Add flour and salt. Stir until blended.
  • Spoon batter into bottom half of the plan. Make sure you have a nice mound as they don't rise much when baking. Place top on pan and secure lid with keys.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until toothpick comes our clean.
  • Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely before inserting lollipop stick and decorating.
