Steps:
- Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease pan; set aside.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter in medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and pour into medium bowl.
- Add sugar and cocoa. Mix until blended.
- Add eggs one at a time. Mix well after adding each egg.
- Add flour and salt. Stir until blended.
- Spoon batter into bottom half of the plan. Make sure you have a nice mound as they don't rise much when baking. Place top on pan and secure lid with keys.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until toothpick comes our clean.
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely before inserting lollipop stick and decorating.
