Time 15m

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 lb ribeye
1 oz olive oil
1 oz soy sauce
1 oz worcestershire sauce
2 pinch black pepper
2 pinch salt
2 pinch garlic powder

Steps:

  • 1. Takes steaks out an hour before cook time to allow them to get to room temperature. This allows them to cook evenly. Try to get steaks around an inch thick.
  • 2. Lay steaks on plate and lightly salt, pepper and garlic salt them. Take fork and perforate all over. Lightly cover with soy and worcestershire sauce on both sides....don't over do it because they will be in a pan so the sauces will not run off into the coals. Don't want your steaks too salty!
  • 3. Olive oil and lightly pepper medium size frying pan. Bring frying pan(I use an iron skillet) to medium high. Lay steaks in and cover for three minutes. Then flip steaks and repeat. This will seal steaks for juicy deliciousness. Remove lid and cook till your preferred wellness is achieved.
