Fruity Spinach Salad image

Wow, I was really surprised how much I loved this salad. The tangy goat cheese mixed with the sweet fresh berries is fabulous. If you're tired of a plain salad, this will jazz things up a bit. Perfect for the summer when both strawberries and blackberries are fresh and sweet. Yum!!

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 c spinach, fresh
3 strawberries, fresh
1/4 c blackberries
2 oz goat cheese
1 Tbsp poppy dressing seed

Steps:

  • 1. Chop the fresh spinach. Top with cut or sliced strawberries. Add the blackberries and crumbled goat cheese. Top with the poppy seed dressing. Yum... you can also add red onions.
