The original recipe I followed the first time I ever made these called for 25 wonton wraps. I had more filling left over than could fill 25 wraps. I think about 40 wraps come in the package (which I find in the produce dept. at the grocer's). You will probably have more than 25 wonton appetizers when everything is done and...

Number Of Ingredients 4

25 wonton wrappers
1 lb neese's sausage (cooked and crumbled)
2 c shredded colby jack cheese
3/4 c ranch dressing (homemade ranch using skim milk and lite mayo recommended)

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place wraps in a standard size muffin tin and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and place wonton "cups" on baking sheet.
  • 2. Mix sausage, cheese, and dressing until well blended. Fill wonton "cups" with mixture and bake 5-10 minutes or until mixture is bubbling.
