I love chicken salad and was playin' in the kitchen one day and created this recipe. I was low on mayo so I extended it with creamed cheese. Yummy! Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, whisk together softened creamed cheese, salad dressing, & mayonaise until creamy and smooth. Add the S S & P. Prepare all veggies & fruit and fold into creamy mixture. Lastly, fold in the prepared chicken. You can roast a whole one or bake chicken breasts yourself or use a deli chicken, skinned, boned and cut in cubes. When salad is all mixed refrigerate for several hours so flavors will marry.
- 2. Make this salad your own by adding different fruits other than what I used. This is great served on lettuce leaves, a half an avacado, or just by itself. Enjoy!
