Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Crisps image

Here's a sweet take on a savory favorite! Our salsa is made with chopped fresh fruit and served on tortillas baked with cinnamon sugar.

2 Tbsp. sugar, divided
1 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
8 flour tortillas (8 inch)
3 cups coarsely chopped fresh mixed fruit (blueberries, kiwi, peaches, pineapple and strawberries)
1/2 cup prepared COUNTRY TIME Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix 1 Tbsp. sugar with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon until blended. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Spray with cooking spray, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Place tortilla wedges, cinnamon sugar sides up, in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned. Transfer to wire racks; cool completely.
  • Combine fruit, remaining sugar and cinnamon in medium serving bowl. Add lemonade; toss to coat. Serve with tortilla chips.
