Fruit Kabobs with Strawberry

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Strawberry 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
Zest and juice from 1 lime
2-1/2 cups each cantaloupe and honeydew melon cubes (3/4 inch)
24 strawberries, hulled

Steps:

  • Mix reduced-fat cream cheese, COOL WHIP, zest and juice until blended. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Meanwhile, thread fruit alternately onto 12 skewers; place in airtight container. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Serve kabobs with cream cheese mixture.
