Fruit Cocktail Cake image

This cake is always requested at the dessert table at Church dinners! It is a fruit cake that actually gets eaten!

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 pkg white cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 can(s) fruit cocktail, in syrup
3 eggs
1/4 c oil
1/4 c pineapple juice
1/2 c brown sugar (light or dark is okay)

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9x13 cake pan.
  • 2. Mix all ingredients except brown sugar in large bowl. (Works best with electric mixer! - and it will be a thick batter)
  • 3. Sprinkle top with brown sugar. Bake 30-35 minutes. Cool. Serve topped with whipped cream.
