1 Bottle chilled Prosecco
4 white peaches, peeled & pitted or 1 10 oz. package of frozen sliced peaches
1 tsp lemon juice
Optional: 4-5 oz. fresh or frozen strawberries

Steps:

  • Puree peaches (and strawberries if desired) in a food processor. Add Prosecco and garnish with fresh mint or strawberries.
