There are many versions of this recipe. It's so easy to make. My brother Tom in Paris, Texas made this the first time I had it and I couldn't stop eating it. I could sooooo see this either on top of a bed of lettuce or even in a softened, small flour tortilla with salsa. Heck! You could even add avocado slices!

Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, mix all except Chile Cheese Fritos. Allow to sit in the fridge for an hour or so to marry the flavors.
- 2. When ready to serve, lightly crush the bag of Fritos. Add to the corn mix and serve.
