Steps:
- 1. Soak matzos in water until softened. The more tender you want the matzo the longer you soak them. 2. Squeez out water from matzo. 3. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. 4. Break up matzos in a big bowl and add egg mixture. Turn to coat evenly. 5. In a large frying pan, add oil and fry onions. when onions are almost done, add matzo and fry on both sides.
