Fresh Mango Salsa image

El Paso Recipe-To select ripe mangoes, look for yellow skin with red mottling, or purchase mango slices in a jar in the produce section of the grocery store.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (10 ounce) bag cascadian farm organic frozen sliced peaches, thawed (1 1/2 cups)
2 cups finely chopped peeled fresh mango, drained, chopped (about 2) or 1 (24 ounce) jar mangoes, slices drained, chopped
1 (16 ounce) jar old el paso wild for mild thick 'n chunky salsa (2 cups)
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 2 medium)
1 small garlic clove, finely chopped

Steps:

  • 1. If desired, coarsely chop peaches. In medium bowl, gently mix all ingredients. Serve with Tortilla chips for dipping or as sauce for chicken, fish or meat.
