Fresh Cranberry Casserole image

1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 cup quick cooking oats, uncooked
3 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
1 apple, peeled and diced
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 stick margarine, cut into pats

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combines sugars, oats, flour and cinnamon. Add fruit and nuts, mixing well.
  • Spread in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Top with pats of margarine.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
