Fresh Avocado Burrata Salad image

Fresh avocado from Mexico is the star of this salad! Always delicious!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 (5 ounce) package baby arugula
4 ounces prosciutto, torn into small pieces
ΒΌ cup olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 (4 ounce) ball burrata cheese
1 large avocado - peeled, pitted, and sliced
1 small Roma tomato, diced
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Toss baby arugula, prosciutto, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar together in a bowl. Transfer to a large serving plate using tongs. Place ball of burrata cheese in the center. Arrange avocado slices around plate and scatter tomato on top. Sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper.
  • Quarter burrata cheese and divide salad among four plates to serve.
