Fresh Apple Cake (da bestest=) image

Everyone loves this cake

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cup(s) sugar
1 1/3 cup(s) oil
3 - eggs
3 cup(s) self rising flour
1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon
3 - apples (peeled and chopped)
1 cup(s) chopped nuts (i use pecans)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 mix oil and sugar till well blended. Then add eggs one at a time beating well after each egg is added. then add all other ingredients mixing well. bake in bundt pan for 1 hr 15 min.
  • Glaze Icing in sauce pan 2 T. butter 1/3 c. sugar 1/4 c. buttermilk 1/4 t. baking soda bring to boil and cook 3-4 min. stirring constantly. make holes in cake while hot and pour over cake. Enjoy!
