25 White mushroom caps sliced thickly
2 Tbsp EVOO
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
4 Green onions, chopped finely
3 Large garlic cloves, crushed
3 Tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 Tsp Kosher salt
1/4 Tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/2 Tbsp flat Italian parsley, chopped finely

Steps:

  • Cook mushrooms over medium heat in EVOO until they sweat off water and become drier. Add all other ingredients and sautee until golden.
