French Stuffed Flounder image

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 cups French salad dressing, divided
4 pounds flounder filets
3 cups cushed seasoned croutons
1 cup finely chopped celery
2 teaspoons cajun seasoning

Steps:

  • Brush 2 tablespoons French salad dressing on top side of fillets. In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup dressing, croutons, celery, and seasoning; equally divide mixture on fillets and roll up. Brush fillets with remaining 1 tablespoon dressing and bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until fish flake easily.
