'French Dip' Bites image

Number Of Ingredients 4

20 round buttery crackers
2 oz. thinly sliced deli roast beef, cut into 20 strips
5 oz. Vermont sharp white cheddar cheese, cut into 20 slices
1/4 cup french-fried onions

Steps:

  • Top each cracker with 1 folded piece of meat and 1 cheese slice. Sprinkle with onions.
  • Place 5 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 to 20 sec. or until heated through.
  • Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
