French Coconut Pie Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1-8 in pie shell, unbaked
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c milk
1 T cornmeal
1 t vanilla
1 c sugar
1 t vinegar
1/4 c butter, melted
1 can shredded coconut; about 1/2 to 2/3 c

Steps:

  • Cream sugar, butter, milk; add eggs, meal, vinegar & coconut. Pour into pie shell; bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until stiff.
