FRENCH 75 COCKTAIL
A classic cocktail, said to be invented during WWI.

Steps:
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker, and add gin, lemon juice and agave (or simple syrup). Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top off with champagne.
- If desired, you can garnish with a lemon peel twist.
