Freezer Cucumber Salad Recipe - (4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 c sugar
7 c cucumbers
1 c onion; chopped
1 t salt
1 t celery seed
1 c white vinegar

Steps:

  • Slice and peel cucumbers. Mix ingredients altogether and store in a cool place. Stir twice daily for 4 to 5 days. Fill containers and store in the freezer.
