Freezer Chicken Enchiladas image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cups Shredded, cooked chicken
2 1/2 cups Enchilada Sauce
1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Fresh Cillantro
4 ounces Diced Green Chilis
12 l Flour Tortilla - 6 inch

Steps:

  • Combine chicken, 1/2 c. enchilada sauce, sour cream, cilantro and chilis.
  • Warm tortillas. Place 1/4 cup of chicken mixture in tortilla and roll.
  • Prepare 4 5 inch foil pans. Place 1/4 cup enchilada sauce in the bottom of each and. Place three enchilada in each pan.
  • Top pans with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese. Freeze.
  • To cook, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place pans in oven frozen. Cover with foil. Cook 25-30 minutes or until done.
