Steps:
- Combine chicken, 1/2 c. enchilada sauce, sour cream, cilantro and chilis.
- Warm tortillas. Place 1/4 cup of chicken mixture in tortilla and roll.
- Prepare 4 5 inch foil pans. Place 1/4 cup enchilada sauce in the bottom of each and. Place three enchilada in each pan.
- Top pans with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese. Freeze.
- To cook, preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place pans in oven frozen. Cover with foil. Cook 25-30 minutes or until done.
