1 pike or 2 perch
Stuffing:
2 tablespoons salad oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 ounces finely chopped parsley
2 ounces finely chopped chive
1 teaspoon crumbled rosemary

Steps:

  • 1. Clean fish and wash well. It is not necessary to scale it. 2. Mix the stuffing. Place the fish on greased extra-heavy aluminum foil and stuff it. 3. Wrap in foil. 4.
