Fogo de Chao Cheesy Bread Puffs Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 1/2 c whole milk
1 1/2 c sour tapioca flour (azedo)
1 c sweet tapioca flour (doce)
3/4 c shredded parmesan cheese
3/4 c corn oil
4 eggs
1 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425. Lightly grease muffin pans. Combine all ingredients. Mix until batter is smooth. Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Bread should be crisp on the outside and hollow on the inside.
