1 1/2 c milk
2 1/2 c tapioca flour
3/4 c shredded parmesan cheese
3/4 c oil
4 eggs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425. Lightly grease mini-muffin pans. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix until batter smooth. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
