Fluffy Chocolate Chip Cookies image

These are nice fluffy cake-like chocolate chip cookies! They are a big hit around the holidays and for any occasion!

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 c shortening
1/2 c brown sugar
1 c sugar
2 eggs
3 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
12 oz chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. Cream together first three ingredients.
  • 2. Add eggs and beat
  • 3. Add flour, baking soda, salt, vanilla and milk. Mix Well.
  • 4. Add chocolate chips. You can add nuts if desired. Mix Well!
  • 5. Drop a teaspoon of batter on un-greased cookie sheet. bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. They will be rounded and will not get very golden unless you burn them. Touch them to ensure they are fully cooked!
