Number Of Ingredients 7

2 c flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp dalt
2 tsp (or tbsp) sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c milk
3 tbsp shortening (melted) (opp)

Steps:

  • Beat egg then add milk Blend dry ingredients - then add shortening. - cornmeal - sub. 3/4 c cornmeal for 3/4 flour - apple - add 1/2 tsp cinimon & 1 c finely chopped apples
