Since I have been watching my weight, watching my carb and sugar levels, I have had the hardest time deciding on what to drink when I get thirsty, we all know the best beverage there is of course is water. I like other things to drink besides water and found this beverage recipe on Diabetic Connect. It looks so refreshing! Sweet and tart, this colorful, fizzy concoction tickles your taste buds all the way down. This will be made alot during the hot Az months! I can quench my thirst without any worry now.

Steps:
- Place drink mix in large plastic or glass pitcher. Add cranberry-grape juice cocktail; stir to dissolve. Refrigerate.
- Pour into large punch bowl just before serving. Stir in seltzer and oranges. Serve over ice
