1 env. KOOL-AID Sugar Free Lemonade Flavor Low Calorie Drink Mix
1 bottle (48 oz.) reduced calorie cran-grape juice cocktail
1 bottle (1 liter) seltzer, chilled
1 seedless orange, sliced, slices cut into quarters

Steps:

  • Place drink mix in large plastic or glass pitcher. Add cran-grape juice; stir until drink mix is dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Pour into punch bowl just before serving. Add seltzer and orange slices. Serve over ice cubes or crushed ice.

I like other things to drink besides water and found this beverage recipe on Diabetic Connect. It looks so refreshing!
