How to make Fish & Vegetable Platter with Cheesy Garlic-Cilantro Sauce

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4cup milk
1clove garlic, minced
1Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1-1/2lb. cod fillets or steaks, cooked
4cups cut-up mixed fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, peppers, squash), cooked

Steps:

  • COMBINE VELVEETA, milk and garlic in saucepan.
  • COOK on low heat until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently. Stir in cilantro.
  • SPOON over fish and vegetables.
