Firnee Cheesecake image

Number Of Ingredients 9

32 ounces cream cheese
4 Large Eggs
1/2 cups Erythritol or other artificial sweetener
1 teaspoon Cardomom
1 teaspoon Rosewater
1/2 cup Crushed pistachios or almonds
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 cups Unflavored yogurt
2 tablespoons Erythritol

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth
  • Beat in eggs at low speed until just combined
  • add nuts, cardomom, and rosewater
  • Pour into greased springform pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes
  • Leave in oven and combine yogurt, sugar substitute and vanilla
  • Bake for 5 minutes
  • Remove from oven and let cool before serving
