FIRECRACKER GRILLED ALASKA SALMON image

Yield 4 servings

Number Of Ingredients 11

4 6oz salmon steaks, or fillets
1/4 C peanut oil
2 T soy sauce
2 T balsamic vinegar
2 T chopped scallions
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp hot red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Place salmon in glass dish. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, and pour over salmon. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 4-6 hours. when ready to cook, preheat grill. Remove salmon and place on well oiled grill. Grill for 10" per inch of thickness, turning halfway through. Serve
