Fireball Pumpkin Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 can pumpkin, 15-oz
9 ounce evaporated milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
3 ounce Fireball whiskey
1 pie shell, 9"

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Bake pie shell per package directions.
  • Beat the eggs with a whisk then add in the rest of the pie filling ingredients. Stir until combined. Pour the mixture into the 9-inch pie shell.
  • Put aluminum foil around pie crust edges. Bake pie for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and filling is set.
  • Cool to room temperature then refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Serve chilled.
  • Slice the cooled pie and top with whipped cream.
