I came up with this recipe by tasting as I went...it turned out to be mighty tasty ...I know once it is refrigerated for a day or two, it will be even better...my husband is going to love it on his burgers and sandwiches...I think it could even be used as a dip...enjoy! Number Of Ingredients 6

3/4 c mayonnaise
3 oz roasted red pepper in jar - what i used would be equivalent to 1 whole pepper.
2 clove garlic
1/2 tsp each - salt & pepper or to taste
1/4 tsp thyme, dried
1 Tbsp dried parsley

Steps:

  • 1. Place everything into a food processor and pulse until peppers are finely chopped and garlic is minced. Place in an enclosed container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
