Finger Steaks (Marinade) Recipe - (4/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
pinch chili pepper
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon meat tenderizer
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup white wine
2 pounds top sirloin steak

Steps:

  • Mix top 8 ingredients,then cut up meat into chunks and soak for at least 30 minutes. Coat steak pieces with flour and deep fat fry. This mixture will save for 60 days.
