This is the best artichoke dip you will ever taste in your whole life. The secret is in the seasonings. The tasty blend of Parmesan and Monterey Jack cheeses doesn't hurt, either!

1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
¾ cup mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Steps:

  • In a medium bowl, mix together artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, soy sauce and hot pepper sauce. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
