  • - Get them whole nice and tied - (they cook better than individual cuts) - with the oven at 500 put them in for 15 minutes - lower the heat to 400 and cook for another 25 - take one out and check to see if it's done to your liking - I usually bake for another 5 - the key is to let it rest before you cut it (like 15 minutes
