Feta Bruschetta-what could be betta? All kidding aside, the big, beautiful flavors in this chopped tomato topping are no joke.

Yield Makes 1-1/4 cups or 10 servings, 2 Tbsp. topping and 5 crackers each.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 large tomato, seeded, chopped
1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
1/4 cup KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
round buttery crackers

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except crackers.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Spoon onto crackers just before serving.
