Fen's Fang image

This pretty melon colored drink has the true taste of the tropics. From Jane Butel's Hotter than Hell Cookbook, revised edition.

Number Of Ingredients 9

4 pineapple chunks, fresh
1 Tbsp cream of coconut
1 2 inch fresh ginger root, peeled
1 oz silver tequila
1 oz white rum
1/2 oz creme de almond
1/2 Tbsp frozen, orange juice concentrate
8 ice cubes
1 maraschino cherry with stem

Steps:

  • 1. Combine 2 pineapple chunks, cream of coconut, ginger, tequila, rum, creme de almond, orange juice and ice in blender.
  • 2. Process until foamy.
  • 3. Pour into glass, garnish with 2 pineapple chunks and maraschino cherry.
