- 1. Combine 2 pineapple chunks, cream of coconut, ginger, tequila, rum, creme de almond, orange juice and ice in blender.
- 2. Process until foamy.
- 3. Pour into glass, garnish with 2 pineapple chunks and maraschino cherry.
