Steps:
- Melt the butter. Let it cool. Mix together dry ingredients: flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix egg and milk together. Then add the butter to the egg and milk. Pour egg, milk and butter into dry ingredients. Stir only to smooth out lumps.
- Pour into 8 inch square pan. Sprinkle mixture with topping.
- Bake 12-15 minutes at 350ºF. Insert toothpick to test doneness.
