Favorite Pepperoni Bread (Machine) image

This is my family's most requested bread that I make in my bread machine. It makes the house smell wonderful of home baked bread. I hope your family enjoys it as much as my family does.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 c plus 2 tablespoons of water (70 to 80 degrees)
1/3 c shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
3 1/4 c bread flour (i usually use all purpose flour)
1 1/2 Tbsp active dried yeast
2/3 c chopped pepperoni

Steps:

  • 1. Place first 7 ingredients in order of bread machine requirements. Choose medium crust color and loaf size.
  • 2. Just before final kneading, add the pepperoni.
  • 3. (Timer is not recommended in this recipe)
  • 4. Yields 1 loaf
